Cancellation Insurance is available if you wish because there is no refund after a certain date. Once we buy the air tickets, they are non-refundable. We have cancellation insurance through an excellent company, Access America with a choice of three plans: Classic Comprehensive, Basics & Cruise Plus. Compare plans below. Add a $6 Access America Handling Fee to Classic & Basics but NOT for Cruise Plus. If you can get better rates with another company, do so. I think these rates are even less expensive than the Auto Club!  However, it is your responsibility to purchase insurance from us or another company and receive your policy, before it is effective. If you request insurance, you will need to do it by credit card. We can do it for you or you can do it yourself. We need your CC number, Expiration date, 3-digit code (on back) and Date of Birth.  URGENT!  If you do it yourself, make sure they have my agent number for my commission: F029219 Click on picture below which will enter my agent number.

Access America Classic Comprehensive: The existing medical conditions exclusion is waived if the policy is purchased within 14 days of initial trip deposit according to the following conditions: 1. Trip cost does not exceed $20,000 per person  2. Must not have filed a claim for trip cancellation due to a existing illness within 120 days of insurance effective date  3. Must be medically able to travel at time of insurance purchase.

Existing Medical Conditions Exclusion & Coverage... An Existing Medical Condition is an illness or injury that exhibited symptoms or was treated for any time 120 days prior to purchasing your plan.  Coverage for an Existing Medical condition is excluded unless:  1.You purchase this within 14 days of making your first trip payment or first trip deposit,  2.You purchase trip cancellation coverage that covers the full cost of all non-refundable trip arrangements,  3.You are a US resident and are medically able to travel on the day you purchased your  plan and  4.The total cost of your trip is $10,000 per person or less.  All other contract terms and conditions apply.
