Cancellation Insurance is available if you wish because there is no refund after a certain date. Once we buy the air tickets, they are non-refundable. We have cancellation insurance through an excellent company, Access America with a choice of two plans: Classic Comprehensive & Basics. However, it is your responsibility to purchase insurance from us or another company and receive your policy, before it is effective.
 

Better to buy this online: If you request insurance, you will need to do it by credit card. We can do it for you or you can do it yourself. We need your CC number, Expiration date, 3-digit code (on back) and Date of Birth.

Access America Classic Comprehensive: The existing medical conditions exclusion is waived if the policy is purchased within 14 days of initial trip deposit according to the following conditions: 1. Trip cost does not exceed $20,000 per person  2. Must not have filed a claim for trip cancellation due to a existing illness within 120 days of insurance effective date  3. Must be medically able to travel at time of insurance purchase. 

 

Access America Basics is less expensive coverage with slightly less benefits. The existing medical conditions exclusion is waived if the policy is purchased within 14 days of initial trip deposit according to the following conditions: 1. Trip cost does not exceed $10,000 per person  2. Must not have filed a claim for trip cancellation due to a existing illness within 120 days of insurance effective date  3. Must be medically able to travel at time of insurance purchase.

Compare plans below. Add a $6 Access America Handling Fee to all costs. If you can get better rates with another company, do so. I think these rates are even less expensive than the Auto Club!
