Eleanor Todd! Wonderful dancer, student & good friend.......
who use to help me demonstrate steps at our Sunday Dance! She passed away peacefully in her home
in July. She is survived by her beautiful daughter Michelle. We miss her!

John Nisbet!
Survived by his beautiful wife Darleen. Lived in Vista but danced at our studio when they lived here in Palos Verdes. Great guy!
NOBLE JOHN WALDO NISBET - A Past President of the former South Bay Shrine Club, passed away June 26, 2008,  peacefully in his sleep of heart failure. John was 94 years of age and had been married to his lady Darleen, for 38 years. A Masonic Memorial Funeral was held in the Nisbet home on July 12. A Military Service will be held in San Diego in October. (exact date follows) In lieu of cards and flowers, donations to Shriners Hospital for Children are requested.

Dorothy Tyson who lived in Prescott, Arizona gone Wednesday 515am July 2, 2008.
She was such a good friend and use to come to our studio when she lived in Orange County. Her precious daughter was murdered years ago but they both had a close relationship with each other & the Lord Jesus! When she took sick with cancer, she stayed at home & had a wonderful brother in the Lord give up his life & stayed with her to help along with hospice. Thank you Dan & God bless you! We will miss her so! 

Frank Patrao gone Thursday about 9pm June 26, 2008.
He just took our March Cruise with his partner Patricia and was in great shape! I think he was in his 90's and I've known him for years! He attended my classes and he and Patricia danced many series in Vegas as entertainment! Sincere Sympathy to Patricia and his family. We will miss him!

I was informed of his death on the 21st and flew out to Los Angeles to take care of him and his possessions. Art Gould... He died of brain tumor January 17, 2008 Thursday 1015pm.
Heart felt sympathies to his dear wife & love, Peggy. They met at our studio after Art lost his first wife.
It was Love at First Dance. The
ir favorite dance was a waltz: "Are you lonesome tonight"

They were married at the Queen Mary! Jon, the Best Man presented Peggy! Art, in white jacket, looked like Clark Gable! He was a great guy! We will all miss him! We all loved him greatly! Please come to the Memorial Park Service 230pm on January 24 Thursday. Westminster Memorial Park is located at 14801 Beach Blvd in Westminster.
 

Charlie Swinney

He died of cancer on November 10, 2007 Saturday at 4am. Deepest sympathies to Quist Swinney, his family and friends. He was a great guy. He was a terrific dancer, teacher and super-fun guy. I have known Charlie for over 20 years.  He came to our dance teacher's reunions with Nick Sidoti. See his pictures:

A Very Special Couple!
John & Cindy have been attending our Sunday Dance for years. I knew John Audick when I was the dance director at Arthur Murray's. I introduced him to his first wife Mine who past away years ago. I also introduced him to his second wife Cindy! He has been such a good friend, husband, and devoted dancer! He past away May 30th but made a dedication to the Lord Jesus before! It was a nice show of support at the funeral. Cindy Audick appreciated it very much. Condolences for Cindy & family.

He left us while dancing at the Mayflower Ballroom. We miss him! Great guy!

Larry Kern
Larry Kern left us 2 weeks ago! About 29th of May, 2007! He was a great guy, good looking & fantastic dancer!
He danced in the Palm Springs Follies for years! We climbed Mt Whitney together years ago! We will all miss him!

Buddy Prior
Buddy Pryor...Just to let you know that Buddy Pryor was killed in a car accident on Feb 22nd, 2007.
 I just found out tonight when I went by his house after calling for 2 months, the house was up for  sale and was empty,
so I went to a neighbors and found out. Karen
