Wednesday May
31… Depart your hometowns
throughout USA for San Francisco and good times! Since Southwest Airlines
usually has the best rates, try to fly in and out of Oakland. Arrive on or
before 1pm. Bus will transfer us to San Francisco and the beautiful Ramada Plaza
Hotel for check-in. We are located next to the Civic Center with the Orpheum
Theater right across the street from our hotel and the Golden Gate Theater only
2 blocks away. These two theaters play hit Broadway musicals. The subway is also
very close making travel easy throughout the city. Dinner is included tonight in
our hotel. Optional: Our first dance in San Francisco! Tonight…Surprise Dance!

Thursday June 1… Enjoy our breakfast today and everyday (included). Today is our afternoon dance at a popular Tea Dance and Ballroom in Oakland. We take a subway ride under the Bay (hold your breath) to the Veteran’s Memorial Hall. You will love this fun dance!
Friday, June 2…
Breakfast. Sightsee! Today is our special city tour! Tour includes seeing
the Golden Gate Park and Palace of Fine Arts. Tonight! Another fun dance at the
Veteran’s Memorial Hall in Oakland! This is an evening dance, not Tea Dance!
Dress to Impress!
Saturday June 3…
Breakfast. Free day to sightsee. Perhaps see Union Square and Chinatown.
Tonight, we take local transportation to the popular Metronome Studio and
Ballroom. There is a class and dance for $12. Dance ‘til midnight but don’t turn
into a pumpkin!
Sunday June 4… Breakfast. Free day to sightsee. Early dinner. Tonight we dance at the beautiful Starlite Ballroom in Sunnyvale! Roundtrip bus transportation is included. Class and dance @ $10. You will love this popular studio and dance!
Monday June 5… After breakfast there is an special optional tour to Muir woods to see the incredible redwoods. We will have a discounted price for this and will advise later. Alta Mira Hotel lunch is no longer available but, for an added treat, I have included a special lunch at Paradise Bay Restaurant in Sausalito at the charming wharf! For an added spice, you can take a rickshaw ride up the hill! After lunch we will enjoy the ferryboat trip back to San Francisco! Tonight, we enjoy the famous Fairmont Hotel and Tonga Room for happy hour! All-you-can-eat buffet is a 'steal' at only $7 per person with a one drink minimum! Don’t get caught in the thunder and lightening during the dance music! For those who can’t get enough of dance, perhaps we can also visit the fancy Top of the Mark! No cover charge tonight. What a great night! What a great day!
Tuesday, June 6… Breakfast. Today is another Afternoon Tea Dance in Oakland. We take another subway ride under the Bay (hold your breath) to the Veteran’s Memorial Hall. You will love this fun dance! Tonight is theatre! Orpheum and Golden Gate Theatres have wonderful Broadway shows! What an exciting night!
Wednesday, June 7… Last tango in Paris! Oops I mean Last breakfast in San Francisco! Last minute shopping. Bus departs hotel for Oakland Airport. Make sure your flight departs 1pm or later. Say goodbye to our family of dance friends with wonderful Golden Gate Memories!
